40:62-28. Income placed in separate fund; control of fund The ordinance shall provide that all income from such station or hall, or both, shall be placed in a separate fund under the joint control of the management of the station or hall, or both, and the director in charge of such department or departments, the treasurer of such municipality and such other municipal officer or officers as the ordinance may designate.
