40:62-30. Surplus used to meet bonds From the surplus of the income of such station or hall there may from time to time be taken such amounts as may, in the judgment of the officials in control of the fund seem wise, and appropriated to the municipality for the purpose of paying interest or principal upon the bond issues outstanding for the construction of such station or hall.
