40:62-34.10. Filing of ordinance and statement of financing plan with Division of Local Government The governing body of any such municipality, wherein such ordinance is adopted, shall file or cause to be filed with the Division of Local Government in the Treasury Department, a copy of the ordinance and a statement of the plan for the financing of the said improvement.
