§ 40-62-40

40:62-40. Second election Notwithstanding any previous vote may have been had under the provisions hereof any question authorized hereby may be submitted to the legal voters of any municipality at any election therein as often as the governing body thereof shall deem it advisable, or be required so to do by the filing of a petition of voters as hereinbefore in section 40:62-36 of this title provided.
