40:63-132. Bonds and temporary obligations; general provisions; amount limited The notes or other temporary obligations of such municipality herein authorized to be issued shall be issued in conformity with chapter 1 of this title (s. 40:1-1 et seq.), and under such other lawful regulations and restrictions as such governing body or board shall deem proper.
