40:63-96. Repair, rebuilding and operation; cost; provisions in contract for In any contract made and entered into by municipalities pursuant to the provisions of this article, it shall be lawful to provide for the repair, rebuilding, operation, maintenance and cleaning, and the cost and expense thereof, of any outlet or trunk sewer or sewers, drains and appurtenances so built and constructed or of any sewer or system of sewers or drains, or of any system of sewerage or disposal or other works provided for in and by the contract.
