§ 40-65-16

40:65-16. Application of act The powers conferred by this act shall be deemed to be in addition to and independent of any and all powers and authority conferred by any other law or laws and not subject to any limitation contained in any such law or laws. L.1970, c. 297, s. 3, eff. Dec. 14, 1970.
