§ 40-68-11

40:68-11. Powers conferred deemed additional Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to repeal, amend or affect the provisions of Title 48, Public Utilities. This chapter shall be deemed to confer additional and independent powers, and the powers herein conferred shall not be deemed restricted or limited by any other law, except the law herein specifically named.
