40:68-25. Dedicated revenues; applicability of section 40:2-18 Revenues of any harbor and water-front commission created by ordinance of a municipality pursuant to the act of which this act is a supplement shall and are hereby declared to be dedicated revenues as defined in section 40:2-18 of the Revised Statutes and shall be subject to the provisions thereof.
