40:76-18. Arrangements for election; expenses The municipal clerk and the board of commissioners shall make or cause to be made all arrangements for holding the special election, and shall provide all necessary funds therefor, and the board of commissioners are hereby required and empowered to raise the funds necessary for this purpose.
