§ 40-8-2-1

40:8-2.1. Operation of airports as public utilities by municipalities. Any municipality is hereby authorized and empowered to maintain, operate and manage an airport as a public utility, and for that purpose keep the accounts thereof separate and distinct from any other accounts of the municipality.
