§ 40a-10-15

40A:10-15. Discontinuance of fund The governing body of a local unit may determine to discontinue the fund, in which case the balance thereof shall become part of the surplus revenue of the local unit. L.1979, c. 230, s. 1, eff. Oct. 15, 1979.
