40A:10-25. Filing copy of contract with State Employees Health Benefit Commission; report to Governor and Legislature It shall be the duty of the executive officer of any employer who enters into a contract pursuant to this subarticle to file a copy thereof with the State Employees Health Benefits Commission. The commission shall prepare and file periodically, and not less than every 2 years, a report to the Governor and the Legislature as to the contracts being entered into by employers and shall make such recommendations concerning the contracts and the coverage thereunder as it deems appropriate to achieve uniformity of coverage and benefits for employees throughout the State.
