40A:11-27 Standard statements and questionnaires; prospective bidders; responses. 27. Such statements and questionnaires shall be standardized for like classes of goods or services to be submitted to prospective bidders who may be required to respond to questions under oath. The statement or answer shall disclose fully the financial ability, adequacy of plant and equipment, organization and prior experience of the prospective bidder, and such other pertinent and material facts as may be required.
