40A:11-44. 'Local Public Contracts Law' applicable All provisions of the 'Local Public Contracts Law,' P.L. 1971, c. 198 (C. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and any supplements thereto, shall apply to purchases, contracts and agreements made pursuant to this act unless otherwise superseded by the provisions of this act.
