40A:11-49. Rules, regulations The Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs may adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the provisions of the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) as he may deem necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
