40A:12A-25. Expenditures of agency, authority 25. All expenditures by a redevelopment agency or housing authority, including its debt payments, shall be consistent with its annual budget, which shall be transmitted to the governing body and chief executive officer of the municipality or county which created the redevelopment agency or housing authority.
