40A:12A-63. Bonds, notes, obligations presumed fully authorized, issued 15. After issuance, pursuant to this act, all bonds, notes or other obligations shall be conclusively presumed to be fully authorized and issued by all courts and officers of this State, and any person shall be estopped from questioning their sale, execution or delivery.
