§ 40a-13-9

40A:13-9. Expenses All expenses incurred in determining and ascertaining the boundary line as provided in this subarticle shall be fixed by the Superior Court and paid by the counties equally. L.1979, c. 181, s. 3, eff. Aug. 29, 1979.
