40A:14-57. Verified list of nonexempt members to be filed with municipal clerk The official in charge of the fire department and force shall annually file with the municipal clerk a verified list of all of the members not having exempt fireman certificates. The list shall contain their names and residences and information relevant subsequently to their qualifications for such certificates. L.1971, c. 197, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
