40A:14-72.2 Rules, regulations. 23. The Department of Community Affairs, in consultation with the Division of Elections in the Department of State, as appropriate, shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of this act, P.L.2017, c.206 (C.40A:14-72.1 et al.).
