40A:2-16. Matters not in bond ordinance All matters not required to be contained in the bond ordinance may be determined by subsequent resolutions passed by the recorded affirmative votes of a majority of the full membership of the governing body. L.1960, c. 169, s. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1962.
