40A:2-22.1 Request for determination of period of usefulness. 18. A local unit may request, in a form and manner determined by rule and regulation of the Local Finance Board, that the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs determine a period of usefulness for any capital improvement or property not included in N.J.S.40A:2-22, provided that the maximum period of usefulness so determined shall not exceed 15 years.
