§ 40a-2-37

40A:2-37. Contracts to be financed by obligations The governing body shall not make any contract under which payments are to be financed pursuant to a bond ordinance until such bond ordinance shall be effective. L.1960, c. 169, s. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1962.
