40A:27-5. Adoption of resolution or ordinance Upon the completion of this basinwide or subbasinwide analysis and after consideration of the responses of concerned parties, the governing body of a local unit may adopt a resolution or ordinance, as the case may be, to acquire, construct, finance, improve, operate or maintain the flood control facility.
