Annual report to Governor, Legislature The Chairman of the Local Finance Board shall provide an annual report to the Governor and the Legislature detailing all significant local expenditure limitation issues that came before the Local Finance Board or the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs during the preceding year.
