40A:4-45.45a Amounts raised to pay recycling tax treated as exclusion for calculation of adjusted tax levy. 4. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 10 of P.L.2007, c.62 (C.40A:4-45.45) to the contrary, amounts required to be raised to pay the recycling tax imposed by section 4 of P.L.2007, c.311 (C.13:1E-96.5) shall be treated as an exclusion that shall be added to the calculation of the adjusted tax levy.
