§ 40a-4-55-10

40A:4-55.10. Exclusion from next succeeding budget; limitation on period of appropriation Any emergency appropriation adopted under the provisions of this section shall not be included in the next succeeding budget but must be canceled or otherwise provided for within a 3-year period after the adoption thereof.
