40A:5-14.10 Effective date. 10. This act shall take effect immediately and shall be retroactive with respect to resolutions for the sale, assignment, lease, transfer, or redevelopment of municipal property that are adopted on or after March 1, 2008. L.2008, c.65, s.10.
