40A:5-24. Filing and publication of report of investigation The results or report of the investigation shall be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court within 10 days after the completion thereof. The judge shall cause the results of the investigation to be published thereafter in such manner as he may deem proper. L.1960, c. 169, s. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1962.
