40A:65-13 Construction of power to share services. 13. It is the intent of the Legislature to facilitate and promote shared service agreements, and therefore the grant of power under sections 1 through 35 of P.L.2007, c.63 (C.40A:65-1 through C.40A:65-35) is intended to be as broad as is consistent with general law.
