Bonds of the municipal shared services energy authority may be sold by the municipal shared services energy authority at public or private sale, and at a price or prices the municipal shared services energy authority shall determine subject to the provisions of the 'Local Authorities Fiscal Control Law,' P.L.1983, c. 313 (C.40A:5A-1 et seq.).
