40A:67-11 Bond, other obligation, fully negotiable, regional rehabilitation, reentry center. 11. A bond or other obligation issued pursuant to P.L.2023, c.346 (C.40A:67-1 et seq.) shall be fully negotiable for the purposes of the negotiable instruments law under Title 12A of the New Jersey Statutes, and each holder or owner of a bond or other obligation, or of any appurtenant coupon, by accepting the bond or coupon shall be conclusively deemed to have agreed that the bond, obligation, or coupon shall be fully negotiable for the purposes of the negotiable instruments law under Title 12A of the New Jersey Statutes.L.2023, c.346, s.11.
