§ 40a-67-2

40A:67-2 Definitions. 2. As used in P.L.2023, c.346 (C.40A:67-1 et seq.): 'Authority' means a regional rehabilitation and reentry center authority established pursuant to section 3 of P.L.2023, c.346 (C.40A:67-3). 'Bonds' means any bonds, interim certificates, notes, debentures, or other obligations issued by the authority pursuant to P.L.2023, c.346 (C.40A:67-1 et seq.). 'Center' means a regional rehabilitation and reentry center developed, maintained, and operated by an authority pursuant to section 3 of P.L.2023, c.346 (C.40A:67-3). 'Inter-county agreement' or 'agreement' means an agreement as provided in section 3 of P.L.2023, c.346 (C.40A:67-3), defining the rights and responsibilities of the authority and its members, as may be amended. 'Local Finance Board' means the Local Finance Board in the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs. 'Management committee' or 'committee' means a management committee established pursuant to section 4 of P.L.2023, c.346 (C.40A:67-4).L.2023, c.346, s.2.
