40A:7-28. Statutes repealed The following statutes, acts and sections, together with all amendments and supplements thereto, are hereby repealed: Revised Statutes sections: R.S. 40:18-23 to 40:18-32 inclusive; R.S. 40:43-26 to 40:43-39 inclusive.
