40A:9-140.16. Regulations The director is authorized to adopt, in accordance with the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), such regulations, forms and procedures as may be necessary to carry out the terms of this act. P.L. 1988, c. 110, s. 11.
