§ 40a-9-145-10

40A:9-145.10. Holding office after effective date of act; appointment The provisions of any other law to the contrary notwithstanding, commencing on the effective date of this act, all tax collectors shall hold office by virtue of appointment pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S. 40A:9-141 and 40A:9-142, except as otherwise provided in sections 11 and 12 of this act.
