§ 40a-9-146-2

40A:9-146.2. Reference to board of assessors or assessment to mean and refer to municipal tax assessor Whenever in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding, or otherwise, reference is made to the board of assessors or assessment of a municipality, the same shall be considered to mean and refer to the municipal tax assessor.
