40A:9-146.3. Municipal tax assessors; appointment; terms of office; powers and duties The provisions of any other law to the contrary notwithstanding, municipal tax assessors shall be appointed pursuant to the provisions of this act and their terms of office, powers and duties shall be as provided in this act.
