40A:9-28.7. Regulations, forms, procedures 7. The director is authorized to adopt, in accordance with the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), such regulations, forms and procedures as may be necessary to carry out the terms of this act. L.1993,c.87,s.7.
