42:2A-24. Delivery of certificates to limited partners Delivery of certificates to limited partners. Upon the return of a certificate marked 'Filed' by the Secretary of State as provided in section 20, the general partners shall promptly deliver or mail a copy of the certificate of limited partnership and any other certificate to each limited partner unless the partnership agreement provides otherwise.
