§ 43-16a-7-1

43:16A-7.1. Applicability of increases The increases under this act shall apply only to retirement allowances payable on account of retirements or deaths occurring after January 11, 1956; provided, however, that such increases shall be applicable only to payments becoming due after the month in which this act becomes effective.
