43:3B-10. Increase in expenditures required by act; mandated costs not subject to expenditure limitations Notwithstanding the provisions of P.L.1976, c. 68 (C. 40A:4-45.1 et seq.) or rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, any increase in expenditure required as a result of this act shall be deemed mandated costs and shall not be subject to the expenditure limitations imposed pursuant to P.L.1976, c. 68.
