43:3B-8.4. Calculation of annual adjustment 2. The provisions of section 7 of P.L.1969, c.169 (C.43:3B-8) shall not apply to section 26 of P.L.1967, c.250 (C.43:16A-12.1) as amended by this amendatory and supplementary act, P.L.1991, c.511 (C.43:3B-8.4 et al.), and the annual cost of living adjustment received by widows and widowers under P.L.1958, c.143 (C.43:3B-1 et seq.) shall be calculated as of the date of the benefit year of the member of the retirement system.
