43:6A-23. Option on purchase of group life insurance coverage for death benefit provisions The State Treasurer may, in his discretion, determine to purchase group life insurance coverage for the death benefit provisions as provided in sections 17 b., 19 and 20, or may determine not to purchase any group insurance coverage for the death benefit provisions heretofore mentioned.
