43:6A-3.1. Final salary; retirement after January 1, 1982 Notwithstanding the provisions of any law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the final salary of any member who retires after January 1, 1982 shall be the annual salary to which that member would have been entitled had he been an active member of the retirement system on January 19, 1982.
