§ 43-6a-9-4

43:6A-9.4. Judge's widow; pension Upon receipt of the proper proofs of death of a judge who has retired under the provisions of this supplementary act, there shall be paid to the judge's widow a pension of 25% of the final salary received by the member. L.1976, c. 62, s. 2.
