§ 43-9a-4

43:9A-4. Determination of years of service In determining the years of service of any such clerk or deputy clerk for the purpose of this act, the years of service of such person as clerk and assistant clerk of a district court of a city within such county, prior to the date when this act becomes operative, shall be counted.
