43:10-105.2. Persons eligible under State retirement system; resolution excluding The Board of Chosen Freeholders may adopt a resolution directing that the act to which this act is a supplement shall not apply to any person becoming a court interpreter subsequent to the passage of such resolution, who, at the time he becomes such court interpreter, is eligible to become a member of the State retirement system.
