43:10-114. Effect of resolution The adoption of a resolution pursuant to this act shall not impair the pension rights of any county superintendent of weights and measures or assistant county superintendent of weights and measures, nor shall it relieve the county of its obligation to maintain a pension fund under this article for such previously appointed county superintendent of weights and measures or assistant county superintendent of weights and measures.
